Oversized item - Home delivery available for most addresses in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA.
In situations where home delivery isn't the regular option, this is delivered to your nearest depot. You will require a ute, trailer or flatbed truck to collect from a depot. As home delivery will not show up for some addresses, please contact us if you would like the home delivery option and we may provide a quote.
This product ships within 1-3 business days. Lead time is approximately 5-10 business days to most metropolitan areas. Regional or otherwise remote areas may take longer. Please contact us if you need urgent delivery.

Up to 15 years warranty*
All Enflair products include a minimum 12 months warranty, and may have up to a maximum of 25 years warranty.
Warranty is included for products which have not been altered or otherwise modified. Modification and alteration of products will result in warranty being voided.
Warranty applies to defects, faulty materials or faulty workmanship in the products. Warranty does not apply to defects that are caused by accidental damage, mistreatment, misuse, abnormal stresses or pressures, adverse or strong conditions of the environment the products are installed in, including details such as forceful impact, pressure, temperature and elements the product is exposed to (such as harsh, abrasive or otherwise damaging cleaning products).
Alterations and repairs are not covered, except when performed by an accredited and licenced technician or service agent.
Warranty begins from the date of purchase, and in addition to the warranty provided for Enflair products, certain legislation may give you rights which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. All conditions set out in the details for warranty on Enflair products does not have the effect of excluding or modifying those rights.
Warranty is void for products that have not been correctly installed, or otherwise not installed in a way that complies with Australian Standards and State Regulations.
Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
CLAIMS
In order to make a claim, the following documentation must be emailed or posted:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- Contact details, including name, telephone and email
- Address of where the product is being used
- Photos and/or videos that support the claim and demonstrate evidence of the defective product
Installed products: Must not be uninstalled where reasonably possible, before such evidence as set above can be provided can be processed for the claim
Products that have not been installed: Must not be installed in order to process the warranty claim.
Important: It is the responsibility of the purchaser and the installer to ensure: all products are not damaged prior to installation, all components of the product that are required are available, and that they are happy with the product.
WARRANTY PERIODS
This acrylic bathtub includes a 12 months statutory warranty and an extended warranty of up to 15 years:
- 1 year replacement warranty on all parts and components
- 5 years warranty on finish
- 15 years for structural and material integrity
Some conditions apply in accordance with the suppliers warranty terms.

Home Delivery
If home delivery is available for your location, it will be indicated in the delivery method selection as “Home Delivery” or “Local Delivery.” If this doesn’t show as an option, please contact us at 02 9621 1477 or email [email protected] to request a home delivery quote.

All of these options indicate that the bath will be delivered to the home or site address specified during checkout. Please note that this shipping method may not include tracking. You will receive a text message on the morning of delivery and a call with 30-60 minutes' notice. For more specific delivery information or dates, additional charges will apply.
Other non home delivery options (Depot Collections)
You have 5 business days to collect your item from the depot. If you need more time or would like to arrange storage, please indicate this in the notes section during checkout. If you cannot find the notes section, contact us via online chat, email at [email protected], or call us at 02 9621 1477.
Failure to collect the item from the depot within the specified timeframe may result in storage fees. In some cases, the item may be returned to the sender (RTS), and you will be responsible for the storage fees, redelivery charges, and RTS fees, which can sometimes exceed the cost of the product.

Fragile and Oversized Shipping - Depot (Metro & Non Metro)
For this shipping option, the bath will be delivered to a depot in a metro location, or a non-metro location, based on which shipping method you choose and you will need to collect it from the depot. After placing your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number once the bath has been dispatched. Upon arrival at the depot, you will be contacted via email, text message, or phone call.
The bath will be delivered on a pallet and will be either hand-loaded or forklifted onto the vehicle. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation, tracking number, and ID for pickup.
Metro locations for depots include: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, and Darwin. Non metro locations are any location outside these major city metros.
Note: If you are able to pick up from Sydney or Melbourne, you will not need a depot, as you may pick it up from our warehouse. Select "Pick Up" during checkout or contact us if this option does not appear.

Important: Goods Inspection Upon Delivery & Authority to Leave
All items are carefully inspected at the time of delivery for home deliveries, provided someone is present to receive them. If no one is home to accept the delivery, the goods will be delivered under "Authority to Leave" (ATL), meaning that by purchasing from us, you agree to allow delivery without someone present. Photos will be taken upon delivery, and the goods will be left in a safe location.
Failure to accept delivery when someone is home and refuses to accept it without any issues will incur a redelivery fee, which may be equal to or exceed the initial delivery charge. For ATL deliveries, you have 24 hours to inspect the items for freight-related damages. If damages are found, please email [email protected] with photos and order details.
If you choose not to inspect your goods when our staff offers to do so, no claims will be accepted after the delivery has been completed. For more information, please refer to here.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and photo ID when picking up your items. For larger or bulky items, our staff at Blacktown can assist with loading. However, we recommend bringing someone to help with heavy items if additional support is needed.

Campbellfield (Melbourne VIC)
Pick-up at our Campbellfield location is available by appointment only. To arrange a suitable time, please contact us at 02 9621 1477, via online chat, or email us at [email protected]. As we are not open every day at this location, availability is on an ad hoc basis and not guaranteed within a specific time frame, such as 5 business days.
For example, if you place an order on a Monday, we may contact you the following week, on Wednesday, to schedule a pick-up for Thursday between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm. If this time does not suit you, we will notify you of the next available slot via text or email. This may involve offering a pick-up time on a Tuesday for the following Wednesday from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Please note that the next pick-up window may also be up to 2 weeks from the previous one.
Important: Goods Inspection Upon Pick Up
All items are carefully inspected at the time of pick-up with both our staff and the person collecting the goods to ensure there are no damages, marks, or breakages. Our staff is trained to open and inspect the items with you. Please ensure you inspect your goods at this time, as no damage claims will be accepted once the items have been taken. If any issues are found, notify our staff immediately.
If you choose not to inspect your goods when our staff offers to do so, no claims will be entertained after the goods have been taken.
