Due to their fragile and large nature, oversized items are delivered to a depot, unless you have requested a residential tailgate site delivery (this is quoted on a case by case basis by one of our staff members)
At the time of purchase, the shipping will be labelled with either a tailgate delivery, or a depot pickup. If an order is not labelled with the type of shipping, we will contact you via email to notify you of the shipping type prior to dispatch.
All orders require a "shipping address" at time of purchase, including orders that will be sent to the nearest depot. The "shipping address" is required to designate the depot, and for security, identification and verification purposes.
Once an order is dispatched for a delivery to a depot, an email confirmation is sent with all pickup details and a tracking link or tracking number.
An order is required to be picked up from the depot once it arrives. The depot may hold an order for a maximum of 6 days (including the day of arrival). Expenses will incur if the order is not collected within the 6 days. These expenses are payable to the depot prior to pickup.
The customer is responsible for any loss or damage that may occur whilst the products are in storage after 6 days if the products are not collected on time. Refusal to pick up the order from the depot will be classified as a change of mind and ATS is unable to cancel the order. Uncollected goods will be deemed as a cancelled order and be returned to ATS and no refund will be given.
It is not possible for shipping details to change once the order has been placed.
Items that are classified as oversized items include baths, vanities and some other large items.
For tailgate deliveries, they may be delivered to a residential or commercial premises. All tailgate deliveries to commercial premises require someone to be on site to receive the delivery during business hours, or a fee will apply before a re-delivery may be issued. For tailgate home deliveries, the goods will be left "in a safe spot", at the discretion of the driver. All tailgate home deliveries made by our couriers are "kerbside drop offs" unless otherwise specified by the driver. Once delivered the products are at the customers risk and are responsible for any loss or damage.
