For Sydney orders, same-day or next-day delivery is available upon request for orders placed before 10 am on most weekdays, at an additional cost. Please contact us directly to arrange this, as it is not available as an option during checkout.
Home Delivery
Home delivery is available to locations including Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Canberra, Melbourne, Geelong, Adelaide, and Perth. During checkout, if home delivery is available for your location, it will be indicated in the delivery method selection as “Home Delivery” or “Local Delivery.” For all other locations, please contact us at 02 9621 1477 or email info@ats.sydney to request a delivery quote.

All of these options indicate that the bath will be delivered to the home or site address specified during checkout. Please note that this shipping method does not include tracking. You will receive a text message on the morning of delivery and a call with 30-60 minutes' notice. For more specific delivery information or dates, additional charges will apply.

You have 5 business days to collect your item from the depot. If you need more time or would like to arrange storage, please indicate this in the notes section during checkout. If you cannot find the notes section, contact us via online chat, email at info@ats.sydney, or call us at 02 9621 1477.
Failure to collect the item from the depot within the specified timeframe may result in storage fees. In some cases, the item may be returned to the sender (RTS), and you will be responsible for the storage fees, redelivery charges, and RTS fees, which can sometimes exceed the cost of the product.

Fragile and Oversized Shipping - Depot in Gilman 5013
For this shipping option, the bath will be delivered to a depot in Gilman SA 5013, and you will need to collect it from the depot. After placing your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number once the bath has been dispatched. Upon arrival at the depot, you will be contacted via email, text message, or phone call.
The bath will be delivered on a pallet and will either be hand-loaded or forklifted onto the vehicle. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation, tracking number, and ID for pickup.
Fragile and Oversized Shipping - Metro Depot
For this shipping option, the bath will be delivered to a depot in a metro location, and you will need to collect it from the depot. After placing your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number once the bath has been dispatched. Upon arrival at the depot, you will be contacted via email, text message, or phone call.
The bath will be delivered on a pallet and will be either hand-loaded or forklifted onto the vehicle. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation, tracking number, and ID for pickup.
Metro locations for depots include: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, and Darwin.
Note: For Sydney and Melbourne, we have our own warehouses, so this depot option will not be available. Instead, you should select "Pick Up" during checkout or contact us if this option does not appear.
Fragile and Oversized Shipping - Nearest Depot (Non-Metro Location)
For this shipping option, the bath will be delivered to a depot in a non-metro location, and you will need to collect it from the depot. After placing your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number once the bath has been dispatched. Once the bath arrives at the depot, you will be contacted via email, text message, or phone call.
The bath will be delivered on a pallet and will be either hand-loaded or forklifted onto the vehicle. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation, tracking number, and ID for pickup. Note that if a closer depot incurs additional costs compared to what was quoted at checkout, we may contact you via email to adjust the price, as costs can vary for very remote areas.
Shipping
If you are located in Sydney or nearby regions such as Newcastle, Wollongong, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Melbourne, Geelong, or Canberra, your order will be delivered directly to your home. You will be notified if your order is being sent to a depot via email, which will include the approximate depot location within 72 business hours of placing your order.

Important: Goods Inspection Upon Delivery & Authority to Leave
All items are carefully inspected at the time of delivery for home deliveries in NSW, ACT, QLD, and VIC, provided someone is present to receive them. If no one is home to accept the delivery, the goods will be delivered under "Authority to Leave" (ATL), meaning that by purchasing from us, you agree to allow delivery without someone present. Photos will be taken upon delivery, and the goods will be left in a safe location.
Failure to accept delivery when someone is home and refuses to accept it without any issues will incur a redelivery fee, which may be equal to or exceed the initial delivery charge. For ATL deliveries, you have 24 hours to inspect the items for freight-related damages. If damages are found, please email support@ats.sydney with photos and order details.
If you choose not to inspect your goods when our staff offers to do so, no claims will be accepted after the delivery has been completed. For more information, please refer to here.
