Tail-Gate Home Delivery - Requires Someone on Site to Receive
If home delivery is available it will be indicated in the delivery method selection as “Home Delivery” “Local Delivery” or “Tail-gate Home Delivery.” If this doesn’t show as an option, please contact us at 02 9621 1477 or email info@ats.sydney to request a home delivery quote.
In the shipping calculator, you may see the following delivery options:
- Local Delivery (Melbourne & Sydney)
- Tailgate home delivery - Requires Someone on Site to Receive
- Tailgate home delivery (Oversized Items) - Requires Someone on Site to Receive
- Tailgate home delivery (Major City Metro) - Requires Someone on Site to Receive
All of these options indicate that the bath will be delivered to the home or site address specified during checkout. Please note that this shipping method may not include tracking. You will receive a text message on the morning of delivery and a call with 30-60 minutes' notice. For more specific delivery information or dates, additional charges will apply.
Important: In most cases 3 people on site are recommended to assist with unloading the artificial stone bath. This excludes the Wave artificial stone bath. Other areas also apply, you will be contacted a couple of days prior to delivery if people are required and your area isn’t mentioned above. For more information click here.
Other non home delivery options (Depot Collections)
Artificial stone bathtubs are packed in crates, so please ensure you arrange a vehicle that can accommodate and transport the bath. The bathtubs will be forklifted onto the vehicle due to their weight, so plan accordingly. Flatbed utes, trucks, vans, or trailers are typically the best options.
Allow for an additional 20 cm in length and width, and 40 cm in height to accommodate the size of the crate. The weight of the product can be found on the product page.
You have 5 business days to collect your item from the depot. If you need more time or would like to arrange storage, please indicate this in the notes section during checkout.
Failure to collect the item from the depot within the specified timeframe may result in storage fees. In some cases, the item may be returned to the sender (RTS), and you will be responsible for the storage fees, redelivery charges, and RTS fees, which can sometimes exceed the cost of the product.

Fragile and Oversized Shipping - Depot (Metro & Non Metro)
For this shipping option, the bath will be delivered to a depot in a metro location, or a non-metro location, based on which shipping method you choose and you will need to collect it from the depot. After placing your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number once the bath has been dispatched. Upon arrival at the depot, you will be contacted via email, text message, or phone call.
The bath will be delivered on a pallet and will be either hand-loaded or forklifted onto the vehicle. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation, tracking number, and ID for pickup.
Metro locations for depots include: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, and Darwin. Non metro locations are any location outside these major city metros.
Note: If you are able to pick up from Sydney or Melbourne, you will not need a depot, as you may pick it up from our warehouse. Select "Pick Up" during checkout or contact us if this option does not appear.

Important: Goods Inspection Upon Delivery & Authority to Leave
All items are carefully inspected at the time of delivery for home deliveries, provided someone is present to receive them. If no one is home to accept the delivery, the goods will be delivered under "Authority to Leave" (ATL), meaning that by purchasing from us, you agree to allow delivery without someone present. Photos will be taken upon delivery, and the goods will be left in a safe location.
Failure to accept delivery when someone is home and refuses to accept it without any issues will incur a redelivery fee, which may be equal to or exceed the initial delivery charge. For ATL deliveries, you have 24 hours to inspect the items for freight-related damages. If damages are found, please email support@ats.sydney with photos and order details.
If you choose not to inspect your goods when our staff offers to do so, no claims will be accepted after the delivery has been completed. For more information, please refer to here.
