The actual bath is awesome, but the ordering and delivery experience was frustrating beyond imagination.
Took over 2 months to be delivered!
Ordered and paid on 6 October. Several weeks later when I called to see where it was, I was told all the baths in the shipment were broken.
They did offer me an alternative, but I wanted this one so had to wait till mid November for the next shipment.
They did not keep me informed at all - I was constantly following up on when it would be sent.
Paid $300 for delivery to Brisbane and it took over 2 weeks from when it was booked in till it arrived at my door on 11 December - and that was with me making daily phone calls to see when it was going to be picked up, why it wasn't transferred from the depot to the carrier and why the carrier didn't know about the shipment, hadn't booked it it - just a major debacle from start to finish!
